The ZQ series involute gear reducer is a two-stage, three-axis external meshing cylindrical gear transmission device, widely used in industries such as lifting, mining, metallurgy, construction, transportation, chemical, textile, and light industry. Its design takes into account high load capacity, low noise, high efficiency, and long lifespan, making it suitable for frequent starting and stopping as well as forward and reverse operation.

Transmission type: It uses a two-stage three-shaft involute cylindrical gear transmission, with involute gear profiles that ensure smooth meshing, reducing impact and vibration.

 Box structure: The housing is a horizontally split fully enclosed gray cast iron HT200 casing, subjected to aging treatment for stable mechanical properties and good sealing performance.

Material process: Gears: High-quality carbon steel or alloy steel treated for quenching (hardness HB240-280), with some models available using carburizing and quenching processes (HRC58-62).

Bearings: Supported by rolling bearings, axial play can be calibrated through internal adjustment rings.
