The ZQ series involute gear reducer is a two-stage, three-axis external meshing cylindrical gear transmission device, widely used in industries such as lifting, mining, metallurgy, construction, transportation, chemical, textile, and light industry. Transmission type: It uses a two-stage three-shaft involute cylindrical gear transmission, with involute gear profiles that ensure smooth meshing, reducing impact and vibration.

 Box structure: The housing is a horizontally split fully enclosed gray cast iron HT200 casing, subjected to aging treatment for stable mechanical properties and good sealing performance.

Material process: Gears: High-quality carbon steel or alloy steel treated for quenching (hardness HB240-280), with some models available using carburizing and quenching processes (HRC58-62).

Bearings: Supported by rolling bearings, axial play can be calibrated through internal adjustment rings.
