The square-shaped housing increases surface area for improved heat dissipation, while the rational selection of fans and coolers enhances the gearbox's thermal performance. Multiple output shaft mounting options are available, offering customers flexible choices. This product series is the preferred industrial gearbox solution for various sectors, including metallurgy, mining, cement, building materials, chemicals, petroleum, rubber, and energy. The main series—XKH2, XKH3, and XKB3—serve as direct replacements for existing and conveyor reducers.

1) H and B gearboxes adopt a universal design scheme and can be modified into industry-specific gearboxes according to customer needs.

2) Achieves universal housing design for parallel shafts, right-angle shafts, vertical, and horizontal configurations, reducing the number of parts and increasing the number of specifications.

3) Employs a sound-absorbing housing structure, a large housing surface area, a large fan, and advanced grinding technology for both cylindrical and spiral bevel gears, resulting in reduced temperature rise, noise, improved operational reliability, and increased power transmission.

4) Input methods: Motor connection flange, shaft input.

5) Output methods: Solid shaft with key, hollow shaft with key, hollow shaft with expansion disc connection, hollow shaft with spline connection, solid shaft with spline connection, and solid shaft with flange connection.

6) Installation methods: Horizontal, vertical, swing base type, and torque arm type.

7) H and B series products are available in 3 to 26 models: the reduction transmission stages are 1 to 4, the speed ratio is 1.25 to 450, and they can be combined with R, K, and S series products to obtain a larger speed ratio.
