Reducer for vertical axis conical cylindrical gear conveyor for mining
The JS type vertical axis hardened gear reducer for mining features a large load-bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency, smooth operation, low noise, compact size, lightweight design, and long service life. This series of reducers is suitable for transmission devices with vertically arranged output shafts.
Mainly used for scraper conveyors, scraper transfer machines for chutes, belt conveyors, and chain conveyors for underground working faces in coal mines. It can also be used for scraper conveyors and chute scraper transfer machines used in metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, electricity, cement, ports, energy, light industry, and feed transportation.
The JS type reducer features a three-stage reduction structure consisting of conical cylindrical gears, which are installed horizontally on the side or vertically, and are driven by involute gears. The first stage is a circular arc bevel gear, the second stage is a cylindrical helical gear, and the third stage is a cylindrical spur gear. There are more than 30 models with power ranging from 17 kW to 1000 kW. The speed and torque of the motor are transmitted to the reducer through its input shaft. Then, through the reduction transmission of the three-stage small gear meshing with the large gear. And finally, the rated speed and torque required by the scraper conveyor or belt conveyor are input into the working main machine through the output shaft of the reducer.
